75年前，俄国的最后一个沙皇和他的全家被人谋杀了!75年以后，在莫斯科的一所私人精神病院里，一个大概40岁的男人，宣称自己是谋杀沙皇的凶手而且改变了整个俄罗斯的历史。为了不让这个精神病人的情绪更加高涨，为了阻止暴动，医院请来了一名名叫斯米诺夫的心里专家来给这名患者做思想工作。于是他幻想出了一幕凶手和沙皇的影像，目的是为了让这名患者知道事情的真相。可是在不知不觉中，这两个人却真正的陷...。“What is a woman to do in the current dating climate?
