香港特警队督察蓝朗（方中信饰）在侦察一宗重大罪案期间，冒死前去营救被黑社会绑架的女友（蒙嘉慧饰），却反遭陷害，被迫停职退出警界。朗只好在海边开设小餐厅，希望过平静的生活。可是黑社会势力并没有放过他。十年後，从澳洲回港的年轻人阿孝（陈宇琛饰）来到海鲜酒家工作，其父当年被蓝朗误杀，而阿孝正要来查明真凶。。Dao returns home and finds her fiance in bed with another woman. She shoots them dead on the spot. She is sentenced to 10 years in prison. She gets out eventually and stays with a friend who runs an escort service and learns that women are even caged in the outside world.。
