表面上看来，雷（寺岛忍 饰）是一位人到中年的普通女性，但在内心里，雷有着一个只有她自己知道的秘密。雷的大脑不知道出了什么问题，从某一天开始，各种各样的声音轮番在其中响起，叫骂、争吵、闲言碎语，不断的接受这些负能量，雷的精神很快就走到了濒临崩溃的边缘。
