Among other things, Mae Martin mentions a mythical encounter with a moose and the gender spectrum in the story "Beauty and the Beast".。九天神女扶虞人间游玩时，与冥王谢淮川偶然邂逅，二人深情相许，于三生石下刻名立誓，许下一生一世一双人之约。岂料大婚前夕地府起火，扶虞冲进火海寻人，却见谢淮川抱着冥界艺伎桑芊走出，原来恋人早已变心。。《走进西藏》讲述的是年轻的吴小远代表单位赴西藏送教具，阴差阳错成为一名志愿者进藏支教的故事。故事的主人公几经波折，在与藏族师生的交往中精神境界得到升华，最后他的支教想法也得到了爱人秦沫沫的支持。。
