When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。诸葛正我（马德钟 饰）、元十三限（欧锦棠 饰）和天依居（陈锦鸿 饰）是情同手足的同门师兄弟，其中，天依居自知无法在武学上有所造诣，所以退而求其次，开始研究起了奇门遁甲。而诸葛正我和元十三限都是习武的人才，两人水平不分高下，是师门中势均力敌的对手。
