During the seed harvest season in Ban Rabue Village, Ngern is responsible for collecting and storing seeds for the upcoming year. Unfortunately, a group of black-faced thieves attempt to steal the seeds, and Ngern unintentionally kills them. Wanting to avoid any trouble, Ngern, along with his two friends, sets out to find guns and bring them back to protect the village.。『ストライクウィッチーズ』シリーズ待望の新作となる劇場版アニメ『ストライクウィッチーズ Operation Victory Arrow』が始動。“Operation Victory Arrow”（勝利の矢作戦）と名付けられたこの新作戦は、TVシリーズ第2期のオペレーション・マルス終了後から前作劇場版までの期間、各地へと帰還したメンバーたちの活躍を描いた各30分のショートストーリー3部作となっている。この新プロジェクトを記念して、劇場でのイベント上映も決定した。。
