Mammon is the biblical word for the worship of wealth, and the couple discover that getting rich can come at a hefty price.。「週刊少年チャンピオン」で長期連載された同題の学園アクションギャグコミックをOVA化。 青年・拝島日明は姉・晶の身代わりとして女装して高校教師を演じることとなった。だが3日間だけという約束を反故にして、晶はそのまま恋人を追いかけてアメリカへ行ってしまう。当の日明もヤクザの関西秋貞組々長の娘に手を出して追われることとなった経緯から、身を隠すためにやむなく代役の女装を継続。だが困ったことばかりではなく、男嫌いの巨乳美人教師・松苗歌子にお近づきとなったり、はたまた女生徒を思うがままにいたぶることができたり……意外に女装も悪くないと思う日明だが、怒りが頂点に達すると顔が「怒顔（ドガン）」に変貌してしまい……。 本作の実制作はナックが担当。監督と作画監督はOVA「おカマ白書」シリーズの木暮輝夫が務めている。。This remarkable compilation follows an exchange of video letters, which took place between Shuji Terayama and Shuntaro Tanikawa in the months immediately preceding Terayama's death.
