故事发生在千叶县鸭川，京乃圆（石原夏织 配音）是一位平凡的十七岁少女，就读于私立鸭川女子高中。生性活泼善良的京乃圆喜欢帮助他人，因此成立了名为“Jersey部”的团体，虽然京乃圆是这个团体里的唯一成员，然而，能够一步一步实现自己的理想，京乃圆感到十分幸福。
