节目召集热爱中国功夫的14位青年，在3位铁血教头的指导陪伴下，研习传统武术、修习演技实力、磨练动作技艺，展开功夫对决。以复刻“中国动作影视作品”名场面为检验手段，接受四轮拍片挑战，最终诞生出一位年度动作新生。。In the tenth series, in the second episode ("The Son'll Come Out") Michael comes out as gay to his parents, first to his father after coming home drunk then later to his mother. He then tells them that he has been in a relationship with a guy for some time, a 25 year old solicitor called Scott Marsh, who later moves into the Harper residence, though he is later seen in gay club...。
