film studios — Pathé and Gaumont —
vied for the rights to produce films based
on the series. Gaumont won, and from
April 1913 to May 1914 Louis Feuillade
directed five Fantômas films which critic

great movie experience."。该片讲述的是《铁胆火车侠》几年之后的故事，部分人物的声优有变更。基本与《铁胆火车侠》一样是面向小学生的作品。前作的主人公哲雪在故事的最后几集登场。 铁胆火车侠与黑魔头两军离开数年后。由于黑魔头军再没有入侵地球的事被判明，JHR基地面临着被封闭的命运。不过现在，黑魔头军又再度袭来。他们的目的是为了带给人类不幸，并利用人类小学生圣桥健太来协助他们做坏事。期间健太误入了500系新干线所行使的铁轨上而快要被火车撞到。就在这时，光能量从宇宙飞来并与500系新干线合体，铁胆火车侠Lightning West变形！铁胆火车侠与黑魔头军的战斗又再度展开了。。
