王三分的老婆马小莲出轨自己的老板宋祖德闹得沸沸扬扬被叫马金莲。然而马小莲不承认自己是马金莲，家庭矛盾一度爆发。与此同时徐和爱上了邻居孟潞，并整天尾随其后，但又不敢大胆表白，于是找王三分帮忙，而此时的王三分正深陷家庭矛盾之中，一时难以自拔。某天马小莲与宋祖德再次幽会时被王三分跟徐和抓了个正着，宋对自己的行为供认不讳，并主动答应赔偿10万元精神损失费与名誉损失费。无独有偶，糊涂的宋祖德竟然把10万元汇到了毫不相识的韩志坚的银行卡里，然而却戏剧性的成就了一段姻缘......。该剧改编自1901年Jack London的短篇小说。讲述一个富有的商人维克多Victor被神秘组织以一种奇怪的方式勒索的故事。。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee).
